Truck & Coach Technician

Position details: Full Time / Permanent

Hours: 40 hours/week – Monday to Friday – 8 hr. shifts

Location: Timmins, ON

Job Summary

Timmins New Liskeard Kenworth is looking to hire a mobile parts person out of our Timmins Branch. The Successful candidate will be an integral part of our Timmins parts department, with an emphasis on upholding excellent customer service to our valued customers. Reporting to the Parts Sales Manager, the Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for liaising with clients, promoting sales of parts, service and accessories and act as an advisor to wholesale and retail customers.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Bilingualism is an asset

• Two years of parts experience is required

• Ability to provide excellent customer service

• Demonstrate ability to successfully work in a fast-paced work environment 

• Occasional lifting required up to 50 lbs (23kg)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain accurate records

• Ability to work independently

• Basic computer skills are an asset

• Provide guidance and competitiveness

• Complete training as administered

• Handle customer inquiries

• Schedule and manage customer visits

• G class drivers license with clean drivers abstract
